In your words...

Good morning CheeziJoggers. We are now coming to the end of Week 5 which means there are just 4 weeks left to go.


When we started 5 weeks ago, many of us were not experienced runners and some of us had never attempted running before. Some people were nervous, some worried they wouldn’t be able to do it, however we decided to give it a go and by offering each other moral support and encouragement along the way, we have made it this far.


There have been ups and downs, aches and pains, lovely weather and not so good weather; we have all started to learn how and when a run best fits into our lifestyle and suits us individually. I started off running after work but have since discovered that early morning runs suit me better – who knew!! Although I have to admit 20 minutes tucked up in bed seems to fly by a lot faster than the 20 minutes I jogged without stopping for this latest run.


The one remaining constant throughout these last few weeks has been the feeling of positivity, happiness and pride felt when completing the next step of the challenge so rather than me saying how I feel, here are some of the fantastic and inspiring comments that you have shared.


It really does go to show how far everyone has come and is continuing to go... WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!
