What a fantastic start to our amazing CheeziFit classes in Plymouth in January 2022.

There's been a barrel of laughs already and all the classes are growing in strength, numbers and confidence.

It's been brilliant to welcome brand new CheeziFitters to our community and to welcome old CheeziFit friends back to the CheeziFit Family.

We've forged the best community, with the kindest, most supportive participants, led by dedicated and passionate instructors.
